The first group of people that we have responsibility with are the millions of people that we, directly or indirectly, nourish with our products and do business with. We strive to bring the most nutritious and natural products for their wellbeing in a sustainable way at a fair price.
The second group are the farmers that we have been working hand in glove since 2005. Hundreds of communities that conglomerate thousands of families that partner with us in our common goals. We not only share a fair price policy with them, but they are fully integrated at the core of our business.
The third group is the people that we work with. For us, the human race is the most valuable resource and we are proud of our diversity and equality in pay and opportunity throughout our organization.
Everything we do from cultivating with ancient techniques, harvesting, processing and delivering, we do to minimize or eliminate our footprint.
When it comes to fields management, we analyze the microclimates, soils, rains and others in order to positively affect our products. One example, our Sesame Seeds are more flavorful, our Royal Quinoa is a larger grain and is more nutritious. We look for ways to work with natural resources to attain better results without causing disruptions to the ecosystems we work in.
We have decades of experience in the production of seeds and we keep on advancing every day. We apply this knowledge to improve production every harvest without causing damage to the environment. We have state-of-the-art machinery and apply several methods to process our products to supply the best grains in the market. From cultivating to packaging we are constantly analyzing new methods and technologies to innovate while minimizing our footprint.
Our method of producing with hundreds of communities and thousands of families utilizing our knowledge and seeds not only gives the ability to produce uniformly, but also to be able to expand according to a growing global demand. We are constantly adapting and increasing our capabilities.
